At Flavours of the Pearl, we are committed to delivering premium-quality spices that are carefully handpicked and packaged. Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to assist you.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at
info@flavoursofthepearl.com. Please include:
○ Clear photographs of the issue
○ Your order number and relevant details - Items must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Important:
Please do not send the item back to us until you have contacted us and received our approval. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the appropriate return shipping address.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate a refund to your
original payment method.
Please Note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
○ Change of mind
○ Personal preference
○ Differences in individual taste
